From tie-dye t-shirts to finance education platforms, my entrepreneurial journey has been about turning ideas into projects that connect with people. I started small with a tie-dye business and a lip gloss venture, learning how creativity, marketing, and persistence can spark excitement in a community. Later, I co-founded OutWrking, a clothing brand that generated thousands in revenue, and built Talking Finance, a platform that reached over 5,000 followers and 1 million likes by making financial literacy accessible. Most recently, I launched Harbour of Hope, a nonprofit focused on child safety education, which has already reached hundreds of students across New York.
Each step (big or small!) has taught me the power of innovation, teamwork, and resilience, and has inspired me to keep creating projects that make a real difference.
Harbour of Hope Nonprofit
2024 - Present
I co-founded Harbour of Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preventing child sexual assault through education and awareness. We’ve reached over 250 students through workshops and raised more than $3,000, and it’s been one of the most meaningful projects I’ve ever worked on.
Talking Finance
2023 - Present
I launched Talking Finance to make financial concepts simple and approachable for young people. What started as short TikToks turned into a platform with 5K+ followers, 1M+ likes, and 250K+ blog readers, and it showed me how powerful content can be when it meets people where they are.
OutWrking Clothing Brand
2022 - 2023
With a few friends, I co-founded OutWrking, a clothing brand that sold original graphic t-shirts. We generated over $3,000 in revenue, and I got my first real taste of what it takes to build a business beyond a school project.
Lip Gloss Business
Year - year
I started making and selling lip gloss, which was all about creativity, branding, and learning how to make a product people were excited to try.
Tie-dye Business
Year - year: Where it all started! My very first venture started with tie-dye t-shirts. I loved experimenting with colors and patterns, and it taught me the basics of selling, marketing, and sharing something I created with others.
